Logiciels libres et open-sources 2 (2026/2027)
The objective is to deepen the use of open-source software in natural and life sciences research, develop advanced skills in data management and analysis, design open science projects applied to biology and ecology, and gain proficiency in open and collaborative scientific tools.

Enzymology (2026/2027)
The Enzymology module, designed for first-year Master’s students in Pharmacotoxicology, aims to deepen their understanding of enzymes, which are essential components of biochemical processes. It covers enzyme structure, classification, catalytic properties, and mechanisms of action on substrates, while exploring the factors that influence enzyme activity, their regulatory mechanisms, and their physiological roles in metabolism. Particular emphasis is also placed on experimental approaches, including enzyme kinetics, inhibition, and cofactors, in order to connect theoretical concepts with practical applications in pharmacology, toxicology, and the development of therapeutic compounds.

Cellular and Molecular Toxicology (2026/2027)
Welcome to Cellular and Molecular Toxicology! 🔬🧬
What happens inside a cell when it encounters a toxic substance? Can a tiny molecule damage DNA, disrupt cell communication, or even change the fate of an entire organism?
Welcome to the fascinating world of Cellular and Molecular Toxicology, where we explore the hidden effects of toxic substances at the smallest levels of life!
In this course, we will dive into the cell, uncover the secrets of molecular targets, and discover how toxic agents interact with receptors, enzymes, proteins, and DNA. Through exciting examples and real-life situations, we will investigate how cells respond to toxic exposure, how cellular damage occurs, and how these molecular events can lead to harmful effects in the whole organism.
From disrupted cell signaling to oxidative stress and DNA damage, every mechanism tells a story!
Get ready to think like a toxicologist, investigate like a scientist, and discover what happens beyond what the eye can see. Because sometimes, the smallest molecules can cause the biggest changes! 🧪✨
